Note: this is a plain-language draft covering the disclosures carriers and The Campaign Registry require for SMS/A2P 10DLC approval, written to be accurate to what OraCard actually does. It is not legal advice — have an actual lawyer review it before you rely on it for a real launch.

1. Using OraCard

OraCard is a market-intelligence tool for sports card collectors and shop owners. By using our website or service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. What OraCard Does — and Doesn't Do

OraCard analyzes public market signals (search interest, marketplace listing activity, player performance, news, and other factors) to generate alerts about trading cards you choose to track.

This is not financial or investment advice. OraCard's alerts and scores are informational estimates based on available data, not guarantees. Trading card values are volatile and speculative. You are solely responsible for your own buying, selling, and pricing decisions.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

If you opt into SMS alerts, the following applies to that messaging program specifically:

Who's messaging you: messages come from OraCard, about price-movement alerts on the specific cards you've chosen to track.
Message frequency: varies based on how many cards you track and how active the market is — there is no fixed number of messages per week or month.
Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opting out: reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving SMS from OraCard. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@oracard.io.
Carrier liability: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent is optional: providing a phone number and consenting to SMS is never required to create or use an OraCard account — email alerts work independently of SMS.

4. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including which cards you track and your contact details.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't use OraCard to violate any law, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to resell or redistribute our data or alerts without our written permission.

6. Termination

You can stop using OraCard and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

OraCard is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OraCard is not liable for any losses arising from decisions made based on our alerts or scores, including trading or pricing decisions.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
